Welcome to my Blog

World travel has become a hobby of mine since I first went to live in London at the age of 20 to be an au pair for my cousins. After stepping foot on Asian soil for the first time, I have met yet another goal. With every new place I meet, it seems I have 5 more that I intend to visit. It's a good thing I plan to live healthfully until I'm 100. Anyone that wants to join me on this journey of health and travel is more than welcome!
